Apple Rents 2.7 Lakh Sq Ft in Bengaluru, to Spend Rs 1,000 Crore Over 10 Years

Tech giant Apple has taken a major step in expanding its presence in India by leasing 2.7 lakh sq. ft of office space in Bengaluru. The deal, which is valued at nearly Rs 1,000 crore over the next decade, highlights the company’s growing focus on India as a strategic hub.


According to reports, the leased property will serve as one of Apple’s largest offices in the country. Bengaluru, already known as India’s technology capital, is set to play a key role in Apple’s global operations. The expansion is also expected to create new job opportunities, boosting the local economy.
